Vice President of Operations
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and direct organizational strategy.
Create sound business plans which predominantly focus on business expansion.
Draft organizational policies and philosophies.
Monitor company operations and ensure employees and business practices comply with regulatory and legal requirements
Identify potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interests.
Represent the company at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand and communicate the company’s message
Conduct performance reviews/ Prepare comprehensive budgets/ Report on revenue and expenditure/ Engage with community groups.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Hospitality Management
Project management experience is strongly required.
Experience with New Concept Construction required
Highly organized/ Highly ethical behavior/ Effective communicator/ Motivational skills.
In-depth knowledge of financials with the ability to quickly understand company strengths and weaknesses.
Public relations and marketing knowledge/ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Experience:
VP of Operations Within the Hospitality Industry: Minimum five years
Salary
Negotiable salary package would be offered based on interview and skill level.
